Guillermo “Billy” De Leon is originally from San Benito , Texas (the Valley vato!).  An international playwright, Billy has had over 30 of his plays produced including “Leyendas de Mis Abuelos,” “Sex Starved Monkeys,” and most recently, “Faena.”  In 1999, as part of a cultural exchange program, his play “Bruja” was selected for a short tour of Mexico by Texas A&M University .  As well as being a playwright, Billy is also an accomplished actor, director, and improvisor.  He has performed with Freudian Slip Improv Comedy ( College Station ), Pavlov’s Dogs ( Dallas ), and served as Director for Cricket City Improv (Commerce).  Billy is represented by the Peggy Taylor Talent Agency out of Dallas .  He holds a Bachelor’s in theatre from Texas A&M University and a Masters from Texas A&M – Commerce.  Currently he lives in Lakeway with his wife, Jeanie, his pug, Ethel, and his cat, Jack.

When not rehearsing or performing, Billy enjoys searching for meaningful income that will allow him to continue plying his trade.

He also enjoys being the only Aggie in a sea of burnt orange.  Gig’em!  Whoop!
